Yes, deposits are needed in order to secure your booking. These vary depending on final cost but these are generally 1/3 of the total fee.
After the deposit has been paid the remaining amount is normally paid the week before your event or in cash on the night.
The price includes our fully backed up, PAT tested professional sound and lighting equipment and all other costs.
If the venue, staff and license allows you to do this, then yes. The extra hours need to be agreed and paid for in cash before they commence.
Our prices have been kept as low as possible for the high quality of service we deliver. However if you can provide a like-for-like quote then this will considered.

DJ Hire Bristol provides its services anywhere between Bristol, Bath, Somerset and South Gloucestershire including parts of South Wales and Wiltshire.
If this was to happen we have a support network of other DJ's available. Being a member of the NADJ helps in that we can rely on other suitable DJ's if and when needed.

The music generally starts quieter so that people can talk at the start of the evening or meal and then increases as the evening continues.
It can take anything between 45 minutes to an hour depending on access.
For music playback I use a laptop with a back up hard drive and a controller. Active speakers and LED lighting from professional DJ manufacturers.
Back up equipment including speakers, lights, bulbs and leads are carried to every event in case anything should happen.
We do not use a dedicated strobe although some of the lighting can create occasional strobing effects.
If the venue allows it and it is safe to do so then yes we can.
